F AKarim was early arriving at the airport, was great in letting me know he was there waiting and asked me to let him know where my sister wanted him to meet them. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. My sister was arriving on a long flight with her husband and two children and she said Karim was very friendly, drove very carefully and went out of his way to make them feel welcome.
